Rachel Bailey, MSW, LCSW

Rachel has a private practice where she sees children, adolescents, and adults. She has almost 15 years combined experience in family preservation, parenting education, suicidal behaviors, trauma, and families from multiple socio economic and cultural backgrounds. Rachel uses and is trained in evidence based practices including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Prolonged Exposure. She strives to create a therapeutic alliance through vulnerability, self determinism, and truth. As a part of DBT Vitality, she sees both adolescents and adults. Rachel is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Missouri School of Social Work, teaching in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
