Consultation Team Member Opening

Interested in improving the experiences of others so they have the opportunity to experience living in the moment, cope with stress in a healthy way, regulate emotions, and improve relationships with others?  DBT Vitality is looking for a licensed therapist who would be interested in joining our team to facilitate a multi family skills training group and potentially see a few individual clients.  DBT Vitality is a comprehensive program in Columbia, MO.  We have six licensed providers as well as two counseling psychology interns who enjoy working together to elevate DBT treatment in and around Boone County. Check us out here: https://www.dbtvitality.com/. Interested therapists must have some background in facilitating groups and comprehension of the DBT Framework.  If you are in private practice or are interested in a side “hustle”, contact:  Rebekah Freese, LCSW PhD to inquire about this fantastic opportunity. WHAT IS DBT?

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a form of treatment for those who struggle with emotional regulation. Originally developed for those who struggle with suicidal behaviors, DBT has evolved into an evidence based treatment for a range of emotional and behavioral problems.

DBT Helps People Build a Life Worth Living By:

*Developing a clearer sense of self

*Learning healthy management of emotions

*Encouraging acceptance of the highs and lows of life, without impulsive action
